How to: Add time and date.
Solution:
In the Report Design view, select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Date and Time...'. Select the 'Include Date' check box, and select the desired date format. Select the 'Include Time' check box, and select the desired time format
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired report from the list box. (The selected report is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected report appears in the Design view, the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) Select the 'Insert' menu and select 'Date and Time...'. (The Date and Time dialog box appears.)

NOTE: Date and Time may be selected to appear on the report together or only one option may be selected.
6) To add the date, do the following:
a) Select the 'Include Date' check box.
b) Select the appropriate radio button for the desired date format.

7) To add the time, do the following:
a) Select the 'Include Time' check box.
b) Select the appropriate radio button for the desired time format.

NOTE: A sample of the selected formats appears at the bottom of the dialog box.
8) Click 'OK'. (The changes are saved and the time and/or date appear as a text box in the report design view.)
NOTE 1: If the report has a header, the text box is added to that section; if no header exists, the text box is added to the detail section.
NOTE 2: The text box appears in the upper-left hand corner of the section; move the text box to the desired location.
